Mazak Controller info Needed

Hi,

I currently have a couple of Mazak machine that i am trying to communicate with... The controllers used for the machines are:

Mazatrol M PLUS
Mazatrol Fusion 640 M
Mazatrol M32
Mazatrol Matrix

Does anyone know of an OPC server that is used with these controllers,
Much appreciate any information regarding this subject
