With the DOW in the dump and my 401K and IRA's following, I am wondering what others have done to diversify thier investments. I know that things like a 401K etc are supposed to be for the long haul, but I am pretty convinced the these things run in cycles (just ask Warren Buffet) and we are in the midst of a big sideways cycle with little growth projected. Bonds are looking decent if you shop around, but are limeted in returns, cd's are safe but very low rate of return, and loan sharking is illegal. What else are others doing to help grow thier disposable income? Looking for suggestions. Dan
