Need resources for having front end of concept car fabricated from foam

Hey guys, I have been following this forum for a while. My partner and I are in the process of manufacturing our own vehicle. You can find details here:
http://www.baileyblade.com/ We are in the process of creating the plug so that we can make a mold to mass produce. I will attach computer rendered images of the final design. The majority of the car has been made to scale by hand and the foam hand sculpted. We are looking for a resource with a CNC which has a large table, capable of cutting the front end out of foam. This design has been receiving a lot of attention lately including magazine articles, and web blogs. Obviously everyone we use in the manufacturing process will be mentioned when appropriate. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, any input on the design is always encouraged! We are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Link to current pictures of actual build progress:

    Check out:
    www.scaled.com

I KNOW that they have a big enough machine, not sure of the costs.

If you ever watch the hot rod shows on Discovery Channel, there is a shop called 5-Axis that does that all day. They are always doing work with Foose. Huge gantry type 5 axis mill and they do the work your seeking every day.

Good luck with that project, would love to see one on the road, would even be interested in buying one!

check out a member here called Termite (Mike Turner) who also makes full sized foam masters for prototype sports cars using his cnc equipment. He's a nice guy as well!
