CNCzone Forums problem, help appreciated

Sorry for posting this here but I am unable to get to the correct forum due to the below problem.

Anybody have any idea why when I go here http://www.cnczone.com/forums/index.php I am only getting the page down to the featured ads bar and not getting the forum list?

I am entering the site via email post notification as it is the only way for me to get to any threads.

I have tried deleting all my internet files including cookies and history which has made no difference.

Using the latest Microsoft internet Explorer.

Any suggestion welcome as it’s a PITA.
