What do you make and How do you make it???

Hi all,

I have to create a short online slide show/ video for school on Home Manufacturing. I need material on fellow CNC/Fabber folk making there own products. I thought, what better place to turn to then everyone here.

for example you might use a retrofitted grizzly lathe to make custom engine parts for a Triumph motor cycles that you then sell, or you might use your ballscrew driven from scratch FDM machine to make LED flash lights that you sell online

Besides helping me out with my project, I think a thread like this would be interesting just on its own. Ok thanks!! hope to see some good stuff!
