Pipe/Rod follower with bearings?

I have been looking for a while to find a company that would sell these. So I made a few for now, need it to go on a 1.5" pipe. If some one knows were I could buy them let me know, Please.

just make your own like in here:

and for bearing just get some skate bearing and press them in there(might not work depending on what size shaft you got there)
