This is a skull perforator. Something neuro surgeons use to make holes in a skull. It has a drive clutch that disengages when the inner table is broken. Thought some of you might find it interesting.  |

| It even chamfers and counterbores!  I'd highly recommend that they use a dime instead of a penny to fill in the hole, though. Copper turns green over time
