Quater turn lock pin?

What is the official name for the pin the locks the wheel from swiveling in this picture?

I looked through MSC, McMaster and googled for a while can't find where to buy some.

A quick look at McMaster gave the impression that what you wanted is called a "Quick Release Pin" (sometimes with a hyphen -- Quick-Release Pin).

Try looking under "Detent Pins" ... Carr Lane's JIG And Fixture Handbook use these terms as well.. Alignment Pin, Quick-Release Alignment Pin, Locking Alignment Pin, Ball-Lock Pin...

It's a Cleves Pin. They come in different sizes. Check for them in any local hardware store or tractor supply store. There cheep, come with fold down rings or heads, single holes or mutiable holes for locking with hitch pins. That was a easy pop quiz. lol.
