I'm looking for a simple model which visually represents a 4-8 cylinder engine [V form prefered but beggers can't be choosers] I don't need any internals or fancy stuff like that.. No does it need ton's of accessories on the outside either. I just need an engine to put in a model so it looks 'right' for presentation.

Anything anyone can offer or a site one could point to would be a help.

Also, anyone know if Sketchup stuff can be converted to an Iges or something?

You can export SketchUp file to .3ds, and most cad programs will open it, than you can do what ever you want with it...
