How untidy is your workspace?

The weather's starting to get warmer here in the UK, and I am wanting to get back to tinkering with CNC stuff.
I just went out to the garage and was horrified at the amount of tidying up I need to do.

Is anyone else this bad or is it just me?

Hmmmm. Surely not.

I did dig out a few linear rails while tidying up. They're now safely in the house, away from the damp and cold. I feel a build comming on. Not sure what yet, but I got an itch, and it needs scratching.

I used to think mine was untidy until I saw yours

My bench may be piled with polystyrene after reading a lost foam casting thread on this pesky site, but all I really need is a crane to move the 6 pounder cannon from in front of it.

For me that would just mean more mess I think.

Tidying you'll make me look bad

This house is a rabbit warren so even after the girly space was allocated there was still plenty left for me. I got told to fix a washing machine last month, had trouble finding it because I didn't know the room it was in actually existed. Been here over a year and haven't figured out all the light switches, found a scaffold tower the other day

I bought them. I've been collecting them for a few years from ebay. Even if I haven't needed any, I bought them anyway, if the price was right. I knew the time would come when I'd want to build another CNC. It's handy to have them now. I might do a lathe, another router to go with the 2 I already have, or I quite fancy a proper mini mill build. I dunno??
I still got plenty of time to think about it while I tidy all that crap out of my garage.
