Where is the Introductions forum?

Been looking for the Introductions forum, to post but I can't find it.
Well little about myself.
Worked as an aircraft machanic for 20 years, doing some manual machining. Went back to school in 1997 and took CNC course. Worked until 9/11.
Now odd jobing it until retirement.
Now I would like to build my own CNC so that I don't forget any more of it.

Hello Jim,I'm a new fellow to.I'm based in London and should retire this year,However,I am saving up to retire.I should make it when I'm 70 .
I run a small (2 man) turning shop 15 miles from the centre of London.
I'm an ex craft apprentice.Sadly, although I run a couple of small CNC lathes in my shop ,I would be hopeless in building one.Our shop has been making counter terrorist equipment for the last 25 years.As you can imagine the event of 9/11 has forced me out of 'the village' and I now often have to work overseas with some of the kit we make.Regards

Hi folks,
Don't know if this is the place to introduce myself.
I was a toolmaker for fifty years and retired in 1993.
Worked in a couple of the top toolrooms....
I am proud to have helped build the internal television cameras still operating on the
Space Shuttle.
