Is there any metal shops that I can get some 2" wide x 1.5" tall .083" wall thickness 12' bars of MILD STEEL?

Check this link for a supplier in your city.

Since you specified a wall thickness I believe what you have described is HSS (Hollow Structural Section) or commonly called rectangular tubing.
