    They got their own medicine

    Take a look at this:
    http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/n...errampage.html

There was a cement plant next to the guy with muffler shop and it was expanding, but he didn't want to leave, so the city officials and the plant people tried to live him out by cutting off the guys power, road, gas and everything else. So he got the biggest dozer and put the cement plant out of biz for good.

They don't mention why he did what he did, like the rest of the news.
    Dennis

why can't the media in this country pull it's head out of
it's you know what and give us everything we need to know about the incidents they report on? i hate the media.
look whats going on in NH right now with Ed Brown ,
no full story on the mainstream news .

Reminds me of Ayn Rand's book The Fountainhead

Only instead of someone else building Howard Roark's building with "improvements" and assigning blame to him, before he destroyed it....

...this guy decided to quit letting petty bureaucrats and money-blind facilitators have their way and do their business' harm the way they had done him. He shouldn't have been fired upon by the police or sent to jail...I'm assuming that he lived. I remember when that happened...that's only about 150 miles from where I live. Witnesses on the scene said that he "went out of his way" to avoid hurting PEOPLE. Property can be rebuilt and I'm positive insurance paid for the damages...it's just a shame that the bureaucrats couldn't listen to reason and had to back him against a wall. They are lucky he didn't go to city hall and start shooting the sheeple.

"“She should have been home in the first place,” Ed Brown said. “The court had no right to tell her she couldn’t go home.”"
What was the purpose of Elaine not being able to be home
    if he was home also?
"Our tax system is based on individual self assesment and
    voluntary compliance"
yeah i love that one word "voluntary"!

WYLD - it would not supprise in the least that it were true
-"Witnesses say he went out of his way not to hurt people"
he most likely tried talking and working out his issues to people that had their own agenda, like most of the people in our government, finally snapped because like most of us he doesn't have the cash to buy lawyers and such to fend off the dirtbags . just like what happens to most that would refuse to pay taxes on their own labor(slavery) most would not have the money to defend in a court and the irs knows this and bully's them into getting what they want .
I too Builder have been watching the Browns and what really bugs the crap out of me most is how badly the news media is ignoring it, after waco and the Randy weaver incident at ruby ridge ,you would think that more of these
socalled reporters would do what they say they are and give us the whole truth. They must realize that they are a big part of why this country's in the shape it's in along with
the politicians too , they know whats goin on , they only report what hype sells ,"but who's buying is what i want to know"
WYLD , did he end up getting killed ?

    Not sure...

...I've tried to find out more about this case through the Denver Post website but haven't been able to find anything specific. I'm assuming after firing into the shielded cab and dropping a grenade down the exhaust pipe that they were not likely to be using less-than-lethal force. So basically, yours, mine and his tax-dollars payed for his murder. I live in America where everyperson has their day in court, not suffer their fate at the hands of a police officer who is under the influence of adrenaline and bearing a loaded weapon. I don't live in China where law enforcement officials can terminate in the course of "enforcing" the law. Just reminds me more and more of why I left government service.

The guy shot himself - the police did not kill him although I am sure they would have given the chance.

That is the Media for you. I bet Lawyers have a lot to do with what is reported so if it ever goes to a trial the Jury's mind is made up for them.

I wonder who is paying who in all the stuff that goes on?????

He had welded himself into the cab of the dozer and fortified every inch of the cab with steel plate. His oxy/acet bottles and hoses were in the cab with him - I guess to cut himself out once he got away.... I guess he forgot to provide adequate protection for the radiator. That's what shut his dozer down - it overheated after the radiator was punctured. Not sure what punctured it - probably a bullet from a somewhat mechanically inclined cop that saw the weak spot....or a lucky shot.
