    cnc

    I have a dumb question i cant seem to figure out how to mill a a cirular pocket on my mori mv-40 i have never had a fanuc controlled mill

    hey on your mv 40 do you have problems with your door interlocks i have to run an m99 at the end of a program cause if i run an m30 it says i have to open door at least once well some one jacked up the interlock so i was just wondering if you had any ideas thanks

    Try this.
    turn on the main power
    make sure the interlock is turned to valid and the door is closed
    turn on the machine( e stop and front on off)
    turn the door interlock to invalid and open the door, interlock should be flashing
    try to zero return the axis with the door open
    this should work.
