| Just wanted to start a thread to see if anyone has made thier own christmas ornaments or holiday decorations. If you have, feel free to post pictures of them here, it might inspire me. My wife suggested that I machine out a star for the top of our tree this year, and possibly some ornaments as well. I'm just surfing to find some different shaped stars and art for this project. | Weldtutor- Thanks! I'll try out the angel, it looks great. The "requirements" for the star have changed, she's interested in something more abstract and "art-sy". I'm working on tracing a few pictures I've found online using solidworks, and generating a dxf for import into Mach2 for my mill. ViperTX - I'll try a search for snowflake, and see what I can find here on cnczone. Neatman |

| It is a star within a star. The slots between the center lines are removed, & the inner star is given a partial turn to create the desired effect. |
