Hello Switcher,

I went to the link and tried to download the rocking chair file. I was asked to complete a form with my details and I did but when I clicked submit an error window popped up.

Won't these people allow / send the files to the UK?

Do you have the child's rocking chair and wagon files and if you do would you post them?

Christmas is just around the corner and if I don't get busy my granddaughter is not going to get the rocking chair she is asking for.

I just now downloaded the zip file that include the chair. Make sure you do this: Check the appropriate box for the project you would like to receive

I selected to download all the files, it then has a popup that lets you select to download each single file or all the files in a single zip file. I know the chair file download is working.

Thanks Switcher. I went back and tried again and still no luck so I tried on my PC not my iMac and after about 30 minutes of trying what you suggested and other options I finally managed to download the files.

It is a mystery why this was a problem but I got there in the end.
