Hello,

My name is John, from Special Tool Solutions in Jacksonville, FL

We produce a machine tool product, special tooling/fixturing, and do job shop work.

We are a small shop. Our guys on the floor average about 25 years of age. we are inexperienced, but embrace new technology.

We have a Haas VF-4 (with HRT 310 4th axis) operated for 3 years, and a new Daewoo Puma 2500 LSY.

We run AutoCad / Inventor and MasterCAM X.

We have approximately 4,559,458,293 questions, and will be posting on a regular basis in the appropriate forums

Sure hope some of you wizards out there can help.

Considering your number of questions, I think you're almost there. Beware for the fact that one answer can generate 10 questions. That's when the numbers get big. And Welcome!

I used the monkey and keyboard approach. I let him punch the keys for 30 seconds, until I gave him a banana, That's how I got the number. And, by golly, it was close to the actual number
