Metal suppliers allways keep looking..... | |
Since I,ve gotten into this metal working hobby I,ve been using a salvage yard as a source for steel and aluminum. And they have been pretty high on their prices. So yesterday I stopped by a local steel construction company, and asked if they had a drop box of scraps, they have a $15 minimum order but hey I walked out with about 50lbs of steel for $15. The next time I,m really going to strain myself and walk out with 65 to 75 lbs. This would have ran me $40 over at the salvage yard. So the moral of the story is always keep looking for better cost effective suppliers of whatever ya need..... Good day all |
