    Lightbulb Improvment!

    Hi All ,


    am working as a mectronics engineer , working with CNC Machines , Heidenhain control and Mitsubishi Control and Agie machine for wire cutting .

    but am writing now to ask something : How to improve my cababilities in CNC field ?

    there any good institutes offer distance learning for CNC ?

    i have read some books in CNC programming , and am now am not a bad programmer , am using BOBCAD V 21 , and professional with AutoCAd and 3DMAX

    i told you all what i have in this field , and need to know how to improve myself and learn more , even by books or distance learning and so on

    waiting for IDEAS .

    I assume you are talking about just CNC part programming?
    If you already have a feel for G code programming, It pays not to rely entirely on CAD programs but to be able to compose the fundamentals at least by hand, also the next step would be to learn macro programming which makes G code that much more powerfull.
    I believe there are some web sites where Macro instruction can be had.
    If you want to practice and test results, free simulators like MicroTech Simulator are usefull.

    I am afraid you need to be more explicit, CNC covers a vast range of subjects, what direction are you looking at going.

    can what Macro programming mean ?

    in a nutshell marco programming is a M code assigned to a subprogram like pallets change ,auto tool mesure ect. it can also be used for programming part that look the same but with differnce scale or ratio
