What is it that you want to learn, a specific software like Mastercam? Or Programming CNC's? Mills or Lathes? I have a good reference for learning G-Code. Computer Numerical Control Programming by Michael Sava, and Joseph Pusztai. I learned Milling and Turning basics with this book. It explains in basic terms what things mean and shows you how to use them. After that you get experience and you take it from there.
