Excel Formula

Hi all i am trying to find a few formula calcs for excel.

1) i am after something that will tell me the weight of material ie dms barrel per in.
2) something used for doing time sudies of milling and turning parts.
3) i also have to keep control of all the tooling and stock levels i have made a quick excel spread sheet but if any one has anything good for this would be very greatfull


i did do all theses myself on excel but as normal got out of production engineering and deleted/lost all the things i done.
Now here i am again writing progs and time studies when will i learn dont bin or delete anything. I dont have time to re-write all the suff i deleted is why im asking for help.
