    is there any easy and good g-code editor?

    there are a few free ones out there , just google it , if you want to buy , Cimco is a good choice

    I use Textpad http://www.textpad.com.

    The two handy things are vertical copy/paste (good for swapping XY for a manual rotation of a part) and macros (good for adding feeds and such).

    Also worth a look is NCPlot. This program is still in the beta stage, but is free to use until it's release.
