free web design and hosting???

Can someone advise me on what they feel is the best FREE web hosting/design site?
I would like to create a web page for my business, and see if it can pull in business for me,but am not too sure about just how to go about it. I am a new start up company, and therefore do not want to spend big cash......at least not yet.

I'm not sure there are any good FREE ones really, especially not ones that do domain hosting. And nobody will do free design for you. Perhaps you should message me. I have a colocated rackmount server and I am the only one on it. I would not mind hooking you up.
