I am trying to hook up 2 seperate boards for an x and z axis for a lathe. These boards are an interinar brand. On the input from the computer the boards have enable, step, direction, and ground. Can anyone please help me with configuring mach3. All I am getting is the motor to lock in position when e-stop is not on. Thanks to all, Chad |

| maybe you reversed your step and direction pins? don't disconnect anything from the boards, just switch the pin assignments in mach3 ports setup dialog and try again. hope this helps! p.s. many "problems" with drivers and motors can be attributed to eager users wanting to see movement without first taking time to configure everything properly. |
