OnRebate experiences

Anyone have negative or otherwise experiences with OnRebate?
This is the rebate service used by TigerDirect mail order electronics.
My experience with them has been dismal to say the least, and talking to other people, I am not alone. The latest one is I have a rebate owing since July last year and they claim they never recieved it. This is apparently the story they frequently hand out.
If I can gather enough evidence, I am sending a few letters out to the companies involved and mention that their record will be posted in different groups and forums to warn others that might be unaware of their performance.
Anything that hurts their bottom line, may smarten them up.

yes, they owe me 6 rebates i know i'll never see , so i will never buy from them again. I use mwave.com. Todd

They owe me too. Want to be entertained for hours- Google Tiger Direct rebate ripoff. This is nothing new, has been ongoing, and I'm surprised this scam has been allowed to go on as long as it has. IMHO
I use newegg.com now, very pleased in all regards.

I have used them twice. First time it took a while but my check did show up. They sent me a email saying they received my second rebate so if they keep on time it should be here in the next week or two.

I do use Newegg more tho, they get my order to me much faster then Tiger, but I have gotten better weekend sales from Tiger than Newegg.
