about my VS3A

I am Moez from Tunisia; I get one second hand Mitsui Seiki VS3A. for transportation,
the machine was disassembled and the coolant tank wiring was moved.
When reassembling I could not find all the wiring.

Flood Coolant System one wire BY16 was alone. please can you help me to know with which wire shall I assemble the BY 16 wire?
I let the wire not assembled and turn on the machine, but the machine does not start. One message in the screen ”consult Mitsui seiki service” appear.
