I ended up moving to Europe and just about every company wants a certificate.

I have 10 years hands on but no piece of paper

I wonder if anybody has any feedback about online training and also about NIMS.

Hi longhair welcome to Holland

My experience in this industry showed me that experience was more appreciated then a certificate.

But this was in the late 90's, the economic situation was different.

You might take a look here : http://www.mikrocentrum.nl/cursus/cu...p?cursusid=772 ( I hope you already can read dutch ).

It might also be an idea to go to an employment buro ( is this good english ?) wich is specialized in technical jobs.
Maybe that with your experience they will pay for a course if they got work.
