I run a machine shop with 6 cnc machines and I do all the programming, the problem I`m having is getting the guys to store all the programmes and infomation away in such a way everyone can understand and work with each others setting infomation.

Is there a programme out that I can use to store and recall all this infomation. I worked at a company a few years ago that had just such a programme that we all used to use which worked great, we used to just type in the drawing number and all the setting info, programme, pictures, issues were presented on a page to use and it could only be edited once stored using a pass word.

Any idea`s would be great
