I need to have a handle fabricated out of aluminum with a rubber or durable foam coating bonded to it. Can anyone suggest suppliers or processes for such a thing?
The handle is intended to be a simple grip. Grabbing on to raw aluminum would not be desirable, particularly if it is cold. A rubber or foam grip would work well.
Thanks,

A little too industrial. Think of the finish of a good rubberized steering wheel or something like that.
If you have something like this:
Greenlee 0251-06D | All-Purpose Cutters
or this:
Crescent 20509CVSMLN | Mechanical Pliers
around the shop you can get a good sense of what I am after. This might very well be a dip-type coating, but it has a spongy-rubber quality to it. Not sure what they call it or who can make it.
I think I may have found a potential source, but I'd like to hear from anyone who may have done this before and has a better idea:
CR Rubber Handle Grips - Custom Rubber Corp.
I have a good source, but it is here in Finland.. They can make pretty much any rubber material on metal. If you cant find a local one, let me know..
