I have ran HMC for years, but nothing larger than a 630. We are in the market for an 800. It will do everything from 5" drills 14" deep, to high feed mills, to 3/16" x 12" gun drills. We are currently running these parts on an open bed HMC, parts currently average 35 hours, but we think we can get it down to under 24. We have narrowed down to Toyoda, Mori, Mazak. Any advice or suggestions from the field on large / long running parts on a APC?
