Hi everyone,

We are having tool loading issues with our multicam series 3000 cnc machine. We were originally told that due to the length of runtime on this eurospindle that the drawbar mechanism was worn and needed to be serviced. So we did that at a large expense, however the problem returned. We even replaced the spindle with another and after only 40 hours of runtime we have the same error. The controller says tool not loaded. It will not recognize manually or via the atc. We have tried different tool holders and still no luck. Is there something that maybe the techs are not letting me know cause it just seems we have spent alot of money on rebuilding and replacing spindles for nothing. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
