I have been playing "pass the buck" with them for days. Mozilla thinks it maybe firm ware glitch in my sat. modem. There best guess is that it is conflicting with their code and somehow is sending a log out command.
Then there is always the old stand by, This maybe an isolated issue with your version of Windows 7. English version, Our code Rats are too busy eating pizza and flying paper airplanes to worry about it. I will isolate and correct the issue, just takes time.
