I have always wondered why anyone would pay for a browser when there are already free ones. I guess I will soon see what a paid for one works like.

Hi ybbeb, you can get opera for free but it has adds embedded in the window at the top. And I see enough adds on the web I dint want to try it but thanks to mvaughn you can get a code to remove them.

People pay for it because you get licences for all versions (windows,linux,mobile etc.). And it's not only a browser but also a mail client, rss reader and even a bittorrent client.

It's nice to see other opera users on the zone. Since opera has a marketshare of aprox. 1%, we're the happy few .
