Ok, guys – I have a big problem and I really need your advice. I have suspected for quite some time that my wife is cheating on me. I don’t really have proof, but she is starting to come home later and later from work each week, and most weekends she will have a very long night ‘out with the girls’ – sometimes until 3:00AM or 4:00AM. It might be just me but I am really starting to get suspicious. About two weeks ago, I was working late in the shop – it was about 1:30AM - when I heard a car door close down the street and some people talking. I peeked out the door and I just caught taillights of a car pulling away and my wife was walking up the street to the house. I asked what was up and she said her friend had passed the house accidentally – “no big deal – just forget about it”, and then she got defensive and nasty with me. We haven’t said much to each other since. She continues to come home late and her attitude towards me has changed quite bit in the last few weeks. Then – just last night, at about 2:15AM, the same thing happened. This time, I heard a car go by the front of the house kind of slowly so I ducked down behind my mill which gave me a clear vantage point of the scene. She was in the car, leaning towards the driver whom appeared to be a male! They sat there for a few seconds just talking (or so it appeared) but I couldn’t believe what happened next. While I was stooped behind my mill, I accidentally pushed a cart into it putting a long scratch in the paint. I am devastated and I need to resolve this so I can move on. What should I do?? I am sorry I don’t have a photo of the scratch, but I can put one up if you guys need to see it. It’s not through to the primer – should I just buff it out? Should I fill it and blend it back in? I don’t think it will hide with just wax. I really hate to re-paint it, but I will if I have to - I just don't know what to do. Thanks in advance for the advice, guys. TGIF! Scott
