My internet provider is Earthlink and they have an excellent spam blocking tool. I use the highest setting for blocking spam: for mail to go through their address must be in my address book. If it isn't then it goes into a "suspect mail" box on Earthlinks server. Then an automated email is sent back to the address telling the person/? they must click on a link to send me an email asking for permission to be added to my address book.

So far its been 100% effective.

CNCzone is in my address book so I don't consider anything from the administrators spam.
