Hi, got the teco and special shielded wire and have the teco and the mill wired.
When I applied power to the teco the display light HZ/RPM was on and the display read 5.000. If I hit the DSP/FUN button the display went to 6000 and the FUN light was lit.
I pushed the DSP/FUN button and went back to the HZ/RPM light being lit and read out was at 5.000. I hit the RUN/STOP button and the mill started up. The rpm seemed low and I hit run/stop button and shut it down.
My question is should I when the HZ/RPM light is lit (in DSP mode) and the display reads 5.000 should I use the up button and run that up to somthing higher?
What do you suggest?
Also the knob FREQ SET does not do anything. Is that not used? If so in what mode? Im reading through the book but it is over my head.
