Geneviève, I don't think I would have time to built one right now , been nedlecting my garden lately , but could help you build one. I know this flee market in Chambly, a paradise for someone who wants to find parts and stuff

For your information, I would like to create some 3D element or character to decorate front or interior commercial store. I think faom is the best because I would like to paint it after...

My budget is around 5000$. Is it enough? I'm a good painter, not a engineer...So I'll try to find someone with skilfulness loll

Anyways, those machines look pretty basic to me. Not all that complicated. The 80/20 would be the most expensive part, depending on how big of a machine you wanted to make.
