dear sir I have KIWA cnc machining center with fanuc 6M. now it shows the alarm servo 430. Please help me to solve this problem. i've checked the motor carbons, slides and counterwait but everything is ok. all fuses are also good. when i turn the machine on and try to move the z axis this alarm comes. please help I forget to tell you that once the slides for z axis became so tight due to inner slides which moves inside the slidebars. the nut of inner small slides was brocken and it cames little out from the slides which make it so tight and machine allarms. i refix this slider and turned on the machine next day and then i found this erro 430. is this due to overloading of motor? and what to do? THanks |

| If you can remove the motor from the Z axis and try running it, it should tell you if it is a loading problem, as per PM I suspect it is. Al.

| I checked the encoder, motor and drive on other same machine and all are ok, the slides are also fine but still when i turn the machine on it gives the alarm 401 and 430 and machine turn off immidiatly. also when i removed the main fuses on z axis drive it turns on and ready the x and y axis move properly but when i put the fuses back on drive it gives 401 and 430 and dont ready. i think there is a problem whith some parameters. please tell me the relevant prameter if it is the cause of this alarm.thanks |
