I wanted to mill square slot. But four arc corners are not smooth with inner wall. It seems there is a step from arc to inner wall. Some one said this is tooling moving from arc to line , it would be slow down speed at the point between arc and line. If you need to improve it , you need to change Fanuc control. Is that right? |

Sounds like backlash. Noticeable when there is a change of direction.
