    Interstate sale question

I purchased a vertical mill and lathe from a California person and had the equipment delivered to here in Ohio. The seller was very good and helpful for all of the problems and process of rigging and pickup on his end.

The problem: The seller sent several packages of all of the small pieces for the sale to me thru UPS. The final packages that were to be sent and I was told was sent, never arrived. I contacted the seller about tracking numbers, etc. and was told that they would be supplied, but, now I get only voice mail box on the phone calls, no response on e-mails etc.

What recourse do I have? Has anyone run into this before?

If paid by Paypal you can go back to them, if Visa, you can make an nonsupplied service claim for a refund, it may be tricky however if you paid in a lump sum for all.
You could also send a letter by mail with receipt signature request.
