dwg or dxf to iges or stp

Hello All,
As said in my introductory post, I am a newbie at this. I have a 3d cad file that I need converted to either an iges file or stp file. I have searched on the internet for a piece of software that does this and have found none. Can anyone here help me to convert one of these files to either an iges or stp (iges is preferred) These two files are the same project, just one is a dxf file and the other a dwg file. Thank you in Advance. If some compensation is necessary, I can use paypal, just let me know.
