Roller Coaster To China From USA

Hi all:

I'm new to forums in general so I may goof this up.
Anyway; I just wanted to say Hi and I thought someone may like seeing someting going to China from the USA instead of the other way around.

This is a coaster body I machined, out of MDF, on my Shopbot CNC 48 x 96.

That's great work! Are those for "final use" or just to make a mold? I can't imagine they would use wood seats instead of fiberglass, but why would they need three sets?

Anyway, the output from your machine looks fantastic. What stepover did you use on your finish pass (and is it a 1/4" tool)?

Thanks; All I used was a 6in x .5in Dia Square End Mill For Roughing and I used 6in x .5in Dia Ball end mill for Finish passes. If i remember I was stepping over 20% with each pass with the ball end.
Also these are for the master tools. The next step was heavy poly primer ond the MDF then wet sanded and buffed to a shine, Then we pulled molds off of the masters. Then we can use the molds to make as many as we wanted.
