    Unusual Red Drill Press

My parents have both passed away and trying to clean out garage to sell house. Came across this unusual drill press. Does anyone know anything about it or who might know something about it. Is is worth anything. I have more pics if interested.

    Thanks so much

Everything is worth something. However most tools like this aren't worth a great deal. I am not familiar with this one but it looks similar to a lot of drill presses from the 1920-1930 era. I would say it would be worth 25-50 dollars as a drill press. Up to a couple hundred fro someone that was in love with it. Often the best value is from the decorators that place them in theme restaurants ect. As I say if it is something special then the sky is the limit but they will try and buy it as cheap as they can. Does it nave any name tags ect on it. A lot of this stuff gets donated to museums ect as the tax credit may be worth more than it would sell for..

I dont think that is all that old.
It appears to be built with that newish style motor mount integrated.
I have used one like that which had a leather flat belt drive and it was a 50s model.
