Parameter download

I have a older Johnsford VMC-1050. It has a Series 0-M Fanuc control. I need to download the parameters. Everone I ask doesn't have any Idea on how to do it. Does anyoneone here know the command and instructions on downloading my parameters. And thats even if it will do it. I'm having problems uploading programs. It just uploads partails and errors out.

HELP!
