There's been a few done on the "Joe's CNC 4x4 Hybrid" here is one example.

Joe - those look familiar!
Eliod - I wrote the wizards that are shown in the videos
Here is another video of the stand alone interface that I wrote:
I have since that video made it into a wizard for members of the Joe's CNC site. The first videos that Joe posted, the tool paths were completed in Vcarve. The new wizards operate in mach3 and calculate any number of evenly spaced DT's.
To complete these in vcarve or Aspire - see the following:
http://www.vectric.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5811
and half way down you can see my manually generated toolpaths in Vcarve

I have talked about releasing the wizard to the CNCZone Community but have not had a chance to really dig in and make it the gcode clean enough for public use.
Joe's setup is nice, above. I have not seen or used the mach3 magics, but instead created a separate dove tail program that outputs gcode directly. No fancy graphics, and you have to recompile after adjusting your settings, but that is not a problem at all for me. I would be happy to share the ugly code for your information if you may find it useful.
The program makes it really easy to create fully through dove tails, half blind dove tails, evenly spaced or custom spaced fingers etc.
(about the recompiling part, I could of course easily put all the inputs in an editable text file instead if needed.)

Hi, this wizard seems to be very interesting, is it possible to have a copy of it, I would like to give it a try.
Thank you
