Few more pics. I will work on getting a movie clip up too. One of the photo's shows a new all in 1 PC I am using. It should hold up pretty good. Does not require any ventilation at all. No open spaces for dust to get in either. Time will tell.

how do you ajust pinion tension in the x axis i see you have adjustment on the motoer for belt removal?

how is pressure applied to the rack via the pinion
