anyone can guide me? please
am i write above post in the wrong place?
PLZ help me to rescue my long-term efforts.I 'm making a CNC(drilling) .
my project has 80% progress.
I 've made the used parts of the device by myself.I didnt used "LINEAR BEARING" and "LEAD SCREW".(because they were expensive)
Also I used "BUSH" for Z & X axis and "BALL BEARING" for Y axis.
The controller board consists of "L297 & L298".is such driver board suitable for this purpose(with spot on used step motors)?
The size of the My CNC is 650mm*450mm*100mm.I got advantage of "ACME" for moving the axises that has 4mm propeling per complete turn .is this value(4mm) correct ?
I'll be glad to see your comments.

I have 10 mm lead ball screws on my mill. One rotation of the screw makes the nut travel 10 mm. I imagine it will be the same scenario with your's but moving 4 mm per rotation instead.

It looks like a Small motor for such a large leadscrew.

i dont know torque value of the step motor( no datasheet)
but 1.2A ,3V ,1.8 DEG(shinano kenshi STH-55D211).
Here is a link to their website for contacting them. Their product catalog does not show that model number but they may be able to give you the specifications for your stepper motor if you email them.

i sent email to them buuut no answer
Ok, well, sometimes companies that don't sell directly to the public can be slow to respond or just don't bother with us "little fish". Maybe they will eventually respond.
Download their product catalog if you haven't done so and look at the specifications of their other stepper motors that look like yours. Chances are good that you can figure out the wiring of your motors and their specifications that way.
