Exclamation help-I've hired the wrong company to retrofit

In August I sent my 8' x 24' c.n.c router to a local Calgary, Alberta, Canada company to be retrofitted with a new motor, tool changers, software. Now I am getting the run around, they can't afford to buy the new motor and I have given them 50% of the build cost. Is there anyone in Western Canada who can finsih the project for my new stair stringer router.
