many suppliers carry these, hope these links help.. there are a lot of cheap raised panel sets out there with ogee style profiles that are really cheap, these below should be top notch..

Looks like you got your sample pics from www.eagle-america.com

Why not buy from them? I buy a lot of my bits from them. They also have a cheaper line at http://pricecutter.com/product.asp?pn=P15-3918&c2p=dd

You posted a IMG link to the file source on your desktop, you need to upload it or provide the original link.

Maybe ger might have some rec's on spindles like var. speed routers that accept 3/4 collets so I posted what you emailed me in response below. All of the routers I've seen even 3hp are 1/2" collets.

    Thank for the links
you have given me a few ideas
much appreached, A question, the www.amanatool.com use CNC Insert Multi Profile Raised Panel Router Bits - Infinity SystemT with 3/4 shanks? They must be use cnc spindle
ie a VFD. I herd they cost $3000. And you will need 3 phase to run them?

DO u know of a router that handle this kind of 3/4 shank from amana

    http://www.amanatool.com/cncroutingdetails/rc-4000.html
Lastly, to ger's question, why not just buy from the company you originally posted the picture of their products?

I wouldn't skimp on tooling, your toys won't make a difference anyway you build them, you can add anything to the machine if you have cheap tooling then you still won't have a good end product.. and if you're looking on the cheaper side forget onsrud and amana, maybe whiteside, but I wouldn't go too cheap.. these bits don't cost that much in relative to what they put out and how long they will last

Amana makes a single edge bit like the first one in that catalog with a 1/2" shank. We use it at work. RC 1154
    http://www.amanatool.com/cncroutingdetails/rc-1154.html

We also have one of those Infinity raised panel bits. It costs more than a 3HP router, and weighs about 5 pounds. It's very, very big.

Any of those Amana tools need a serious spindle. About $2K minimum. The cheapest you'll probably find would be here. http://www.ekstromcarlson.com/router_packages.htm

Actually, most of the bits in that .pdf cost more than a 3HP router.
