Two months ago I knew nothing about CNC. Then I found this Forum. Now I have a machine! I wanted to say thanks to everyone on the Forum! You made this possible! Jgro for the JGRO plans. Phil (PMinMO) for the 3 axis self contained board and your help for getting it hooked up and going with my Mach3. Everyone for the ideas and pictures you shared. Here are some pics of mine. Jerry |

| I see a lot of people using wood or plastic to hold pipe rails. I have had good results with simple "pipe flanges". Flanges that pipe screws into. Just use a flange bigger than the pipe. They are easy to drill and tap and the threads will not strip. You can get them at any hardware store. Jerry |

| Thanks to Phils plans I was able to make my controller. Not knowing what I was doing, I had some problems. Phil made a set of troubleshooting check points I could use on the board. Turned out his board was perfect. The problem was I had it hooked up to my IBM laptop, don't think the parallel output could switch the board. I attached it to one of my desktops and away it went. I am using Mach3. Can't thank you enough Phil! Here are some pics. Jerry |
